the app.

• Advertising Data. Advertising data is requested by third-party advertisers such as information about the advertisements

the user has seen.

• Crash Data. Crash data is requested such as crash logs.

• Other Diagnostic Data. Other diagnostic data is requested including any other data collected for the purposes of measuring

technical diagnostics related to the app.

• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you

wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract

with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in. If you are accessing our Apps from outside, please be aware that your information may be

transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your

personal information (see "WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?" above), in and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, then these countries may not have data protection or other laws as

European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses:

Such measures implementing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information

between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers, which require all such recipients to protect

personal information that they process from the EEA in accordance with European data protection laws. Our Standard

Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party

service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework:

In particular Company complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce

regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United

States and has certified its compliance with it. As such, Company is committed to subjecting all personal information

received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's

Company is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and

subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.

With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Company is subject to

the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. FTC. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal

information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement

requirements.

6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise,

but are not affiliated with, our websites.

The Apps may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites,

online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties.

Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy

and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be

linked to or from the Apps. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless

otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice,

unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No

purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize

it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we

will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or

setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored

and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we

do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be

tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about

that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
